Pediatric Place, Inc. will no longer be part of Medical Mutual’s network, starting April 1, 2022.  If a member chooses to receive care from a Pediatric Place, Inc. provider on or after April 1, 2022, the claims for services will be processed at the non-network benefit levels.  Members can seek care from one of our many in-network providers.  Members can access our provider directory at ProviderSearch.MedMutual.com or by calling our Customer Care team for assistance.

NOTE

If a member is currently being treated by Pediatric Place, Inc. for an eligible medical condition, transitional care coverage may be available.  Members can apply for a “transition of care waiver” by calling Medical Mutual Customer Care.  With an approved waiver, they can keep seeing this provider at the in-network benefit level until treatment related to their condition is completed, or for up to 90 days after they receive notification from Medical Mutual about this termination (whichever is less).
