Mayfield City Schools will be implementing a $0 copay to Anthem’s walk-in clinic network (over 30 available in NE Ohio) effective July 1st, 2024.
Cost:
No co-pay or deductible for an Anthem walk-in clinic visit however referrals, prescriptions, etc. will be submitted to your insurance provider for processing.
